So It is 1:30 in the morning and I writing this post because for the past couple of days I have had trouble falling asleep. I have had like 6 hours of sleep in the past two days. I know it is because I get so worked up and anxious that I am not going to fall asleep that I don't. I even took a unisom tonight. I feel tired but I can't sleep.
Does any one have some tips for me to help me get to sleep. I need some help!

Just kidding. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. When my insomnia's at its worst I have Brett read to me and it puts me out cold. I say it's because his voice is so soothing but he thinks its because I find him boring!
I don't know. I have been having the same problem. If I get awakened during the night I can't go back to sleep. This morning I woke up at 3:30 am and never went back to sleep. It is sure hard the next day!
